Why Give
The Northwest Health Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Our goal is to fund raise for needed medical equipment for our health care facilities in Fort Vermilion, High Level, La Crete, Paddle Prairie, Rainbow Lake and Zama City.
The Foundation focuses on purchasing medical equipment that will eliminate the need for our rural northern residents to travel great distances for medical treatment.
With your help, individuals and families will not have the added burden of making travel arrangements when they or one of their loved-ones needs medical treatment that is not accessible in their own community. This added burden can be very stressful as well as very costly.
The money you donate stays in your northern communities!
