It’s never easy losing that special someone in your life. When considering a gift to honour their memory, choose a gift of better health; a gift that will make a difference in the lives of others.

When a memorial gift is made, the Northwest Health Foundation will send a card to the next of kin/family in recognition of the gift. The amount of your gift will not be disclosed and you will receive a tax receipt.

Donations can be directed to one of our health care facilities or a specific area of health care (i.e. Obstetrics, Continuing Care) that is meaningful to you.
